Day 65 - Grocery Shopping Tips

Plan on spending most of your time shopping in the perimeter of the store where fresh foods reside.
Avoid anything that is “easy” or “ready to go.”
Don’t shop on an empty stomach.
Make a grocery list and stick to it.
Only buy frozen vegetables and fruit if that is the only thing listed on the ingredients.
