Day 96 - What size are your dinner plates?

If your plates are twelve inches then switch to a ten inch plate (or smaller). You will feel more satisfied by eating from a ten inch plate full of food.

I have added you to the list of "shredders" - A I'll think about it" is a solid yes in my books ;-).
In all seriousness, it's just easier for me to track that way so if you decide that it's not something you want to do please just let me know and i will remove your name.
Think about it, there is going to be alot of motivation and support coming from all the bloggers joining, and everyone is just doing the best they can.

Hi Ann. The 30 Day shred is a DVD that I got at walmart. It is Jillian Michael's 30 Day shred and it cost me under $9 at Walmart! I think we should do this!!!
