Day 104 - How Fit Are You?

Not that I need to even look at that. After 20 minutes with Jillian Michaels on the 30 Day Shred DVD, I found that my fitness level was hovering around zero. I was out of breath, sweating and ached in places that I didn’t know I had muscles. I guess this is a good thing and I will persevere. At least she didn’t shout at me.
