Day 108 - South Beach Diet

If you're starting out on a new diet plan or need to jump start your weight loss, South Beach is a good place to begin. It's healthy program and will purge your system of processed food and bad carbs, taking with it some of the cravings. Take a look at the Phase I food choices here

You know... I was actually asking myself if maybe I should do something to get the last few (20 really) pounds off. apparently I can maintain my weight excellently but the losing seems to be a struggle. I will look into this. i have heard South Beach is very similar to medifast? goingto check it out.
