30 Day Shred - Day 1

I haven't been doing very much for exercise except walking. Maybe strolling would be more accurate. Somehow when the sun isn't shining I don't have much enthusiasm for exercise, but today it's warm, the clouds are on their way out, and I dusted off the  30 day shred DVD by Jillian Michaels. I started off with level 1 and wasn't sure what size weights they are using so decided to start off with 3 pounds. I'd rather take it slow (if that's possible with this intense workout) and try to keep the enthusiasm going. Although I felt like giving up in the first five minutes, I pushed through and was glad I did. I couldn't find anywhere that showed calories burned for level 1 but level 2 works out at around 167 burned for the 20 minute work out according to Live Strong.

I like this one too, I so need to exercise, ...lol but weights, hate them hate them with a passion, I could do walking 'cause I love it, but I can't walk without my camera, and then I slow down every second, I use to jog 30 minutes every morning inside, I should take it up again...:)
