Keeping a Journal

Over the years, I've found my most successful weight loss was when I've kept a journal. I received this one from a friend at Christmas and will be using it this year to write down my progress and to keep track of calories. According to many health professionals, success in losing weight is 80% food and 20% exercise. I intend to concentrate more on eating healthy, and not obsess too much about exercise for the time being. Walking, however, is a great stress reducer and if walking at a faster pace releases endorphins.
