What are your priorities?

One comment that I remember that  Jillian Michaels, the most vocal of the Biggest Loser trainers, made is that she makes working out a priority. 

I, I'm sure like many of you, try and fit it in where I can and often don't get around to even taking a walk.

This month (January) I'm making exercise and eating healthy a priority.
