Eating Healthy

Following my goal to eat healthy, kale is one of the vegetables I've added to my list of must haves and smoothies or adding it to soups seems to be the way to go. While searching for smoothie suggestions I came across this great blog and also about the 28 Day Challenge. If you've tried this please let me know your thoughts.
