Dr. Oz has changed up his 2 Week Rapid Weight Loss diet and started his 2015 show with daily tips and instructions on how to start a weight loss program. Instructions here.
The basic program is a berry smoothie with protein powder and almond milk in the morning, vegetable broth throughout the day and eating lean protein (12 oz per day) and vegetables from the low glycemic list.
The main difference from the 2 Week Rapid Weight Loss diet is that the protein has been increased from 6 oz per day to 6 oz per meal and the flax seed is now suggested added to the smoothie in oil form. Eggs have also been included as a source of protein.
All in all, I believe this is a good way to reduce cravings and get you on track.
