Whole 30 - Day 4 - Genetics and Health

Don't use genetics as an excuse for not being healthy. While it affects your health and predisposition to disease, it's not the end of the story. Diet, exercise and air quality can activate these genetic switches. In the words of Dallas and Melissa Hartwig, Genetics load the gun, but the environment pulls the trigger.

Breakfast
Sausage
Eggs

Lunch
Asian turkey and broccoli (left over from day 2)

Dinner
Roast turkey and baked butternut squash

Banana
Apple
Macadamia Nuts
Avocado
