Whole 30 - Day 11

Foods that we crave: chips, cookies, ice cream, lack in nutritional value. You want to keep eating because endorphins help you to feel good when you taste the bad food, but your body/brain isn't recognizing that you are nutritionally satisfied so you keep eating.

Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs

Lunch
Tilapia
Summer squash

Chicken and Italian Sausage

2 Apples
Banana
