Whole 30 - Day 15

The Whole 30 program suggests three meals a day with no snacking in between. Their thoughts on this is that snacking can become a grazing habit. Make sure your meals have enough protein to keep you sustained until your next meal. Add lots of nutrition dense vegetables and plan for 4-5 hours between each meal.
