Whole 30 - Day 19

Image result for eat at tableMeals - Think of them as a nourishing experience and eat at a table. Don't eat while distracted with television, phone or in the car. The authors of It Starts With Food notes that your desk is not considered a table. Start a new tradition, take your time and eat slowly (this will allow the receptors in your stomach to recognize you are getting full).
