Eat 3 meals a day - no snacking
According to the Whole 30 plan you should eat your first meal within one hour of waking (eat before drinking coffee) and your last meal should be a few hours before bed time. You should have 4-5 hours between meals. Snacking is to be avoided as it can turn into grazing. I did find it difficult to go that long between meals and when I felt hungry I opted to have my fruit during that time - usually an apple.
