Whole 30 - Day 9 - The Right Fats

Saturated fats are harmful when eating with too many refined carbohydrates. Research has shown that it's not red meat and eggs that causes heart problems, it's when you eat them with an unhealthy diet that it affects your body.

Breakfast
Banana (I'm getting bored with eggs every day)

Lunch
Baked potato (potatoes are allowed on the newer version of the Whole 30 program)
Ground turkey
Zucchini
Apple

Dinner
Italian sausage
Green beans
Macadamia nuts
