Counting Calories or Weight Watchers Points

Sometimes it's difficult to stick to a diet plan when eating out, but a web site I have found helpful over the years is Dottie's Weight Loss Zone.  You can look up the restaurant before setting off and make a choice based on calorie content or points.

Fitness Pal also has a great list of foods and meals with calorie and nutritional content.

I have used both weight watchers and myfitnesspal. I like weight watchers for the support I get at the meetings from the other attendees and leaders. But really points versus calories.....just track....it all equals out to the same thing! I use myfitnesspal right now and would love to add anyone that wants support..... mfclingan add me!
