Day 21 - Fit TV

This evening I watched Fit TV which is part of the Discovery network. There is an assortment of fitness and healthy eating programs. Dan Ho from the Dan Ho Show has lots of weight loss tips. He recommends losing weight slowly and he lost 120 pounds over a six year period. He suggests, if you are craving something crunchy and salty, to slice a cucumber, sprinkle salt and add a little salsa.

I walked for an hour this evening, which is approximately four miles, and totalled over 18,000 steps for the day. This is the last day of the third week and I'm finding it's getting easier to calculate calories but I'm drifting into eating boring food again so need to look at making some changes for next week.

Cozy, Wow! A four mile walk. I can remember when I used to do that about 10 yrs ago. Can't come close now. Keep up the good work.
