Day 22 - Third Week Review

This is the end of the Third week

Weekly Loss: ½ pound
Total Loss: 9 ½ pounds
Waist Inches: No change
Total Waist Inches: 3 inches less
BMI: At 34.45 my BMI is high and needs to be between 18 and 24
Waist-to-Hip Ratio: This is now at .91 which needs to be .88 or lower (see Day 17)

Although the loss was minimal this week I am still way below my 1 ½ pound per week goal. There was no change in my waist measurements but I continue to lose inches in other areas. Most of all I have found that I have more energy and generally feel better. While I made some unhealthy choices this week, overall I ate healthy and exercised quite a bit. I walked for four miles on two days, swam and kept my pedometer steps over 10,000 steps most days.
