Royal Canadian Air Force Exercises Suggested by Helen Mirren

These were devised in the 1950s by Dr. Bill Orban to be followed when space and time are limited. The 5BX  range of exercises for men can be completed in eleven minutes. I also found a web site that has suggested yoga poses to start the day with.
