In a University of Nottingham study women ate breakfast around 7:30 a.m. for two weeks. Then, for another two weeks, they skipped breakfast and ate a snack at 10:30. Their weight loss was higher in the weeks they ate breakfast. Other recommendations are to eat breakfast within one hour of rising. I've also seen articles that suggest eating carbs for breakfast rather than at the end of the day.
I stayed below 1,200 calories today, reached 8,600 steps on the pedometer, did 30 minutes on the elliptical and about 15 minutes of the Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD.
