I have been trying to incorporate strength training more, but I had a busy day today and my pedometer is showing 12,272 so I won't add any other exercise this evening. I had quite a balanced diet and my calorie count is at 1,065. Like an obstacle course, I steered around birthday cake, pizza, and cookies. Hopefully my effort will show a loss tomorrow.
