If you are prone to late night snacking, save enough calories for the end of the day. When you eat doesn’t matter, the amount of calories you consume does.
Eat breakfast. It doesn’t have to be a big meal. Try Greek yogurt and ¼ cup of cereal such as Go Lean or some fruit and a slice of whole grain toast. (It’s recommended that you eat within an hour of rising).
Fast food. If you must eat something from the fast food menu, choose a kids meal and drink water instead of soda. Or ask if they have a nutrition sheet and look for a healthier choice.
Exercise. Don’t set yourself an unrealistic goal. Working out seven days a week might not be attainable but three days probably is. When you can’t get to the gym, walk or follow a DVD. Try something different. There are many DVDs that have dance routines that are fun.
