Naked Fitness

I finally got over the cold/cough but still have some lingering coughing so haven't done any serious exercise. I have been walking though and wearing a pedometer. Yesterday was my first day keeping track of what I ate and I stayed within 1,200 calories which is my goal. I feel I'm finally on the right track.
