It's the end of the second week.
Although I feel a lot better, I'm struggling to find recipes that I like. I'm not used to eating so much meat and although the recommendation is to not think of meals as breakfast, lunch and dinner, eating a "dinner" meal when I get up is unappealing. The result is eating eggs most days or I forgo the protein and eat a banana.
