Keep Track of Measurements - Day 1 May Daily Diary

Day 1
So, today is my first weigh day, but I've found it's a good idea to also take measurements. Sometimes when those pounds don't budge you're losing inches.

So get out that tape and measure:
Bust/Chest
Waist
Hips
Thigh
Upper Arm

Note: There are lots of charts on Google to print out and keep track of changes to your body.



Day 1 - I kept busy all day and tracked everything I ate. I shopped at Walmart  and racked up quite a few steps bobbing and weaving shoppers who neither wore masks nor kept a 6 foot distance from other shoppers.  One family, with their children in the cart, felt it necessary to get as close as possible to me in the checkout line despite the state governors still requiring a 6 foot distance to prevent the spread of Corona Virus.  I'll be going back to grocery delivery! I also went for a 30 minute walk.
