Snack Portions - Day 11 May Daily Diary

Divide snacks into portions before you dip into a bag. The bags that have cup sizes on the bag work great. Make sure you keep the nutrition label or bar code so that you can calculate snacks on My Fitness Pal or however you are calculating calories.
