My pedometer showed 15,769 steps before I dropped it and it broke. I went on to mow the grass for another thirty minutes. Although I've been sticking quite close to 1,200 calories a day I don't seem to be losing any weight. I'm going to limit processed food in the next few days and eat natural food to see if that makes a difference.
