When the dial on the scale isn’t dipping, then you need to take a look at what you are eating. Spend some time looking through your journal (if you are keeping one) and see what foods are creeping in. Take a couple of days and reduce or eliminate processed foods (think South Beach Diet), lower sodium and make sure you weigh everything. A serving of meat is about the size of a pack of playing cards, not an encyclopedia. Also look at the amount and kind of exercise you are doing. Add some cardio and interval training.
