I'll get the bathroom scales out tomorrow morning, charge up my FitBit and start tracking calorie intake with My Fitness Pal. Although not recommended by My Fitness Pal, I've found that I don't lose weight if I go over 1,200 calories so I'm going to stick close to that. Note: You can link Fit Bit with My Fitness Pal.

So here are my goals:
- Stick to between 1,200 and 1,400 calories a day
- A minimum of 7,000 steps per day
- Lose 10 pounds by May 31
