I was interested in a recent interview on Good Morning Britain with James Clear. He was talking about developing good habits during this time of Corona Virus Lockdown.
Habits, he said, have a three step pattern: Reminder, Routine and Reward
One recommendation to change a habit is to do habit stacking. i.e. If you have morning coffee (routine), add something at the same time that you want to make a habit of (reminder). Perhaps check messages after coffee or empty the dishwasher while the coffee is brewing.
Day 14: Back to trimming trees today. I lifted some weights following a You Tube video.
