Sleep - Day 21 May Daily Diary

Sleep is very important for health. There is evidence that lack of sleep produces the need to eat more (it's a hormone thing)

Some suggestions to get those needed Zzzs during out time in Corona Virus lockdown:




Set an alarm for sunrise or keep the shades open
Have a routine
Get out in the sunlight daily
Make sure you have recommended vitamin D and calcium
1 hour before bed stop screentime and keep electronics in a different room
Progressive relaxation
