I'm back to eating at regular intervals (I try and eat something every 2 1/2 - 3 hours) and staying under 1,200 calories. I have made a lot of changes since Memorial Day and no longer snack much in the evening. If I do want something it's usually a piece of fruit or sugar free jello. My steps reached 5,500 today, but I'll make up more by using the elliptical for a while this evening.
