For years people have encouraged me to eat oatmeal but I've never liked the consistency of cooked oatmeal. However, not too long ago, I came across the video below and oatmeal soaked in milk with fruit added is a great way to start the day. I usually add half a sliced banana and cinnamon or some strawberries and almond milk. It's good with yogurt too.
