Chocolate - Day 30 May Daily Diary

Milk chocolate is hard to resist, but I've found I can eat a square of dark chocolate without devouring the whole bar. And dark chocolate has health benefits with antioxidants and nutrients. Not all dark chocolate is equal though - you want to look for 70% cacao or higher.
